Trip 5. Crinan Canal to Oban

What's the cancellation policy?                                                                  

• 1. If the Client cancels the Charter more than one calendar month before the start of the Charter Period he will not be liable for the balance of the Full Fee but will forfeit the Booking Fee.  
• 2. If the Client cancels the Adventure Sailing Booking within one calendar month of the start of the Charter Period he/she is responsible for paying the Full Fee.  This may only be varied by agreement between the Agent and the Client if a suitable replacement Client can be found or an alternative mutually acceptable Adventure Sailing Holiday can be arranged in the same year.
